FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure customers are served in a professional and diligent manner.
- Take customer orders and receive payment accurately.
- Cleaning of customer and food preparation areas.
- General waiting and service duties for food and beverages, including clearing tables.
- Preparation of beverages.

As our Sous Chef you are confident you will excel in the following responsibilities -
- Supporting the Executive Chef in a 2IC role.
- Undertake and supervise daily food preparation in anticipation and response of service requirements.
- Carrying out quality checks on food supplies to ensure quality and freshness.
- Assisting with training for the kitchen team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with front of house staff.
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, food preparation areas and storage areas, complying with the highest standards of cleanliness.
