CLUBS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
IS THERE A JOINING FEE?
No, you don’t need to pay to join one of our wine clubs. You simply need to purchase a minimum of 2 dozen varietal wines per year for Cru Club, 3 dozen Single Vineyard wines per year for our Single Vineyard Club or 2 dozen mixed wines per quarter for our Corporate Club.
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
No, shipping is free for all of our wine club members. You will also receive free shipping and members discounts with any additional orders made online throughout the year.
CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
Our club memberships are ongoing and cancellation is not permitted within the first 12 months. Cancellation of memberships after the first 12 months must be received in writing. You can put your membership on hold at any time by contacting our office.
HOW OFTEN ARE MY PACKS DELIVERED?
Each club has different delivery times to cater to your needs. Our Cru Club packs are sent out for delivery in May and November and our Single Vineyard Club packs are sent out in conjunction with the release date of our new vintages. You select when you would like your wine delivered throughout the year.
WHAT IF I'M OUT WHEN MY WINE IS DELVIERED?
We can nominate Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not in at the time of delivery. Alternatively, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection when convenient.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will only be debited in the respective release/dispatch month of the packs you have selected as part of your membership.
CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT SELECTIONS OF WINE?
Yes, you can alter your selections based on your tastes. You can change your pack selections at any time by calling our office or emailing email@example.com
WHERE CAN I FIND TASTING NOTES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINE I RECIEVED?
You can find tasting notes, list of awards and other relevant information about our new release wines on our website. Visit the 'Wines' tab on the homepage and select the relevant wine to find out more.
