2016 Harlequin Chardonnay, Beechworth VIC

Bright yellow colour with green tints. With our move to lower alcohols (this vintage is 12.5%) on all our Chardonnays, this wine has a distinct citrus/lime juice note to it. There’s still tropical fruit on the palate balanced by a zesty grapefruit finish. Oak is hardly noticeable but does give an extra layer to the complexity. Lots to enjoy.
