The Wood Restaurant introduces its new Autumn Menu.

With the transition from summer to autumn, the culinary landscape transforms, offering a fresh array of seasonal ingredients to explore. As the last vestiges of summer fruits and vegetables wind down, the arrival of autumn heralds the emergence of a new palette of flavours, textures, and aromas.

Central to The Wood's approach is the deep appreciation and understanding of the local producers who supply the restaurant with fresh, high-quality ingredients. By forging strong relationships with these producers and listening to their insights, I can ensure that each dish reflects his creativity and the rich tapestry of flavours inherent to the Hunter Valley and its surrounds.
