The awards were also a valuable learning opportunity for Dave from our Winery Cru, who joined as an Associate Judge, gaining hands-on experience in the judging room and furthering his knowledge of wine show judging.

The tractors were busy in our Oakey Creek Vineyard in the Hunter Valley last week, spreading chicken manure to add essential nutrients and organic matter to the soil, helping our vines thrive.

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming @samanthabrowntravels and her crew to Brokenwood as part of filming for an upcoming episode of her award-winning travel series, ‘Places to Love’.
With golden afternoon light across our iconic Graveyard Vineyard, a few curious kangaroos making cameo appearances, and a guided walk through the vines with Winemaker Kate Sturgess, it was a picture-perfect day to showcase the beauty of the Hunter Valley.
The visit finished with a tasting of some of our most celebrated Hunter Valley wines.
We can’t wait to see Brokenwood and the @huntervalley showcased to a global audience when the @destination_nsw episode airs in early 2027.
