Welcome to the 2010 programme. Brokenwood are involved with some truly terrific and intersting classes and we look forward to cooking with you.

ALEX HERBERT - Wednesday 9th June
Bird Cow Fish
'Pies'
Sweet, savoury … pies to entertain, pies to comfort. Alex is a master at the art of piemaking and in this class you will be treated to some of her best.

KYLIE KWONG - Monday 5th July
Billy Kwong
'It Tastes Better'
Kylie's philosophical preference is for organically produced food and if the product comes in from overseas, that it is part of a fair trade agreement where workers are paid a fair wage. This book will be Kwong's fourth.

DIETMAR SAWYER - Tuesday 17th August
Berowra Waters and Ab Lib
'Neighbourhood Bistro'
Dietmar has opened a new neighbourhood bistro in Pymble called Ad Lib and it is this style of food that will be demonstrated in the class.

CHEF'S TABLE - BONDI BEACH - Thursday 9th September
Sean's Panaroma
'Lunch at Sean's Panaroma'
Sean has agreed to host another Chef's Table as last year's private Thursday 4-course lunch had sold out within the first week of release. The recipes, lunch, wine and opportunity to meet the chef are all inclusive.
Places limited to 35pax.

GIOVANNI PILU AND ALESSANDRO PAVONI - Monday 13th September
Pilu at Freshwater and Ormeggio
'The Boys from the Northern Beaches'
The northshore is now the lucky host to both Giovanni and Alessandro. This class will show you Giovanni's Sardinian influence up against Alessandro's Lombardy background. New recipes but back by popular demand.

JOHN LANZAFAME - Wednesday 15th September
Lanzafame
'Provicncial and Rustic Pasta'
John Lanzafame's new restaurant in Crown Street, opened in February and this class will focus on rustic and provincial hand-made pasta which is also the title of his newly released book.

SERGE DANSEREAU - Monday 18th October/Tuesday 19th October
Bathers Pavilion
'Bathers at Home'
Another fabulous book from this iconic chef. This class is not about restaurant food but what Serge likes to cook at home when he entertains.

PETER EVANS - Thursday 28th October
Hugo's Group
'My Party'
This class will coincide with Pete's fourth book and as the title suggests, is all about cocktails and canapes. Just in time for the Christmas party season.
