Shared a 2006 Graveyard Shiraz in hamper where the buyer wanted "the best bottle of red for about $150".
The recipient was not disappointed, and forwarded his compliment.
Thank you Brokenwood Team...

We were in the HV over the last few days & I read with interest about the Heritage Register in 'Breathe' magazine & thought I would Google it to see what vineyards were included & your website came up.

Are the vineyards listed above all the sites that are included on your register and how could I access the register for a look myself?

I am interested in doing some masters work concerning the idea that old vines make better wines than younger vines. It's often used as a marketing tool but I really wonder if it is the case.
Kind Regards,
Wendy

A great concept to register the old vineyard sites. Perhaps someone could list some of the great wines from those sites.
Can someone advise what site or sites produced the fruit for the 59 and 65 Lindemans Burgundies?

Thanks Simon, good skiing for sunday/monday but had to stop for our annual Hunter winemakers magnum lunch at Merritt's. Not too over the top this year with 8 magnums. No question Sonia has the best food on the mountain. Jean Michel turned out a top meal on Wednseday night. The Confit Quail Legs just superb.
