Following the success of Bannisters Mollymook, located on the South Coast of NSW, world-renowned TV Chef, Rick Stein is opening his signature fine dining restaurant in Port Stephens. Opening in September, we are proud to invite you to one of the first events at this luxurious, oceanfront location.

Join us for a four-course, Semillon & Seafood Masterclass Luncheon hosted by Chief Winemaker, Iain Riggs.

In addition, if you would like to settle in for a mini getaway, spoil yourself with a Dine and Stay package, combining exceptional wine, food and a panoramic Ocean Deck room.

Rick Stein and Iain Riggs, have collaborated not only on developing an outstanding food and wine menu for the event, but also a signature blend exclusive for the restaurant; a fresh and crisp NSW Semillon Riesling.

DINE ONLY COST: $200 per person, includes a four course menu matched with Brokenwood Wines. Single Vineyard Club and Corporate Club members can utilise their annual complimentary ticket and Cru members their annual half-price ticket privilege. Peter Gilmore's Quay has been named Australia's best restaurant at the Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Awards for the fourth time and we are delighted to invite you to join us.

Enjoy uninterrupted views of the world famous Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House from our private space in Quay's Green Room. Peter Gilmore's dream is to immerse his diners in an interactive experience in which texture, harmony and the rare and beautiful co-exist, we are sure he will not disappoint.

Winemaker, Stuart Hordern will take you on a journey as you immerse yourself in Brokenwood's best Single Vineyard wines including a rare tasting of Graveyard Shiraz from our museum range. 

COST: $340 per person, includes a three course menu and canapés matched with Brokenwood Wines. A limited  amount of benefit tickets are available.
